By using Digital Resume Murah or purchasing documents, you agree to these service terms.
The service
The RM20 self-service option is resume only and provides one customised resume PDF. The recommended RM29.90 application pack provides one customised resume PDF plus 10 separate editable Word files in the pack language chosen before payment: four cover-letter templates for professional, fresh-graduate, internship and career-change applications, and six job-application email templates. The Word templates are starting points that the customer personalises after delivery. The RM39.99 assisted option provides one resume PDF prepared by the owner from information supplied by the customer; it does not include the Word template pack unless a separate offer expressly says so. Self-service resume previews are watermarked, and paid files unlock only after the matching product payment is verified.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that all resume information is accurate and lawful, and for editing and checking every placeholder in a Word template before sending it to an employer. If you request the assisted service, the owner may enter the details you provide through WhatsApp, but you remain responsible for checking and approving the completed information. You must have permission to use uploaded photos and another person’s reference information. Do not submit passwords, identity-card images or banking credentials.
Payment verification
The public builder unlocks only after ToyyibPay verifies the exact payment stored for the selected product: RM20 for resume only or RM29.90 for the application pack. For an RM39.99 assisted-resume order paid by DuitNow QR, the owner must check the bank account and record the unique transaction reference only after exactly RM39.99 is visible. A screenshot or customer-supplied receipt alone is not payment confirmation.
Delivery and support
Resume-only and assisted orders provide the applicable resume PDF. After ToyyibPay confirms an RM29.90 application-pack payment, one ZIP containing the resume PDF and all 10 separate Word files is made available for immediate secure browser download. We also send a private 7-day re-download link by email. Email may be delayed, so the browser download and private link remain the primary recovery options. Temporary email failures are retried automatically. The owner can check delivery status and issue a replacement secure link. If delivery still fails, contact support with the applicable ToyyibPay or DuitNow bank reference.
No customer account
No customer login or account is required. The private order link acts as the access credential for re-downloads, is time- and usage-limited, and must be kept confidential.
No employment guarantee
Resume and cover-letter templates are designed to be professional and readable, and resume templates are designed to be ATS-friendly. No document service can guarantee that every recruitment system will process a file identically or that a customer will receive an interview or job offer.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate another person, provide fraudulent qualifications, attack the website, avoid payment controls or distribute unlawful content.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order.
