Refund Policy
Digital Resume Murah provides an RM20 resume-only PDF, an RM29.90 application pack containing a resume PDF plus 10 separate editable Word files (four cover letters and six job-application email templates in English or Bahasa Melayu), or an RM39.99 assisted resume. This policy explains when a refund may be considered.
Eligible situations
A refund may be considered for a confirmed duplicate charge, a confirmed payment where the documents included in the purchased product cannot be delivered after support attempts, or a technical defect that we cannot repair or replace.
Situations normally not eligible
Refunds are normally not provided after the usable documents included in an order have been downloaded or emailed, for a change of mind, for mistakes in information entered by the customer, for an incorrect customer email address, or because a customer prefers a different style after approving the preview.
How to request
Contact WhatsApp +60 11-5184 4889 within 7 days of payment. Provide your name, order email, and the ToyyibPay or DuitNow bank reference used for the order, plus a short description of the problem. Never provide your banking password or OTP.
Review and timing
We will check the applicable ToyyibPay or assisted-service bank reference together with delivery records before deciding the request. Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate payment method; bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
