Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Digital Resume Murah handles the personal information you provide when creating or purchasing resume documents and editable Word template packs.
Information we collect
We process the details you enter for your resume, including your name, address, phone number, email, photo, employment history, education, skills and references. The RM29.90 pack includes 10 separate editable Word files: four cover letters and six job-application email templates in your chosen English or Bahasa Melayu. You personalise these templates after delivery; the builder does not ask for target-job, employer or cover-letter content. We also keep payment and delivery records needed to confirm an RM20 resume-only order, RM29.90 application-pack order or RM39.99 assisted-resume order and provide support.
How we use it
Your information is used to create and deliver the documents included in your chosen product, verify payment, send the files to your email, provide a private re-download link, prevent payment abuse, respond to support requests and publish a review only when you submit one and the owner approves it.
Anonymous service analytics
We use first-party anonymous journey counts to understand whether visitors start the form, open the preview, select a product, proceed to checkout, request the assisted service, pay and receive their documents. The analytics record contains a protected random journey identifier, product, language, template, broad device type and a restricted campaign category. It does not contain resume text, name, phone, email, photo, full IP address or full referring URL. No third-party advertising pixel is used. Events older than 90 days are removed during normal analytics activity and owner reports.
Assisted resume service
If you ask the owner to prepare the resume for you, the owner may enter the details and files that you supply through WhatsApp into the private assisted-order dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and that you have permission to share every photo and reference person's details.
Storage and retention
A self-service unfinished resume or application-pack draft is saved in your browser for up to 48 hours. When checkout starts, a full resume snapshot is encrypted and stored privately on the server for up to 48 hours so paid files can still be prepared if the browser closes; it is deleted after successful fulfilment or expiry. If you opt in to one reminder, only your name, email, language and reminder status are sent to the reminder service. An assisted-service draft is encrypted before it is stored privately on the server and is retained for up to 30 days. The reminder is scheduled for 24 hours and cancelled when payment starts. After delivery, private paid PDF files and, where applicable, the complete application-pack ZIP containing the Word templates are stored for up to 14 days. The private download token is protected by a secure hash for validation and an encrypted recovery copy used only for controlled retry and support delivery; it expires after up to 7 days and is limited to 20 downloads. Payment and support records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Service providers
ToyyibPay processes the RM20 resume-only payment and RM29.90 application-pack payment for the public self-service builder. For the RM39.99 assisted resume, the owner may send an AEON Bank DuitNow QR and privately record the bank transaction reference only after checking that exactly RM39.99 has arrived. Resend may deliver email when configured. The website hosting, database and private file storage providers process data only to operate this service. Digital Resume Murah does not sell customer document data.
No customer login
You do not need to create an account or password. Paid documents are recovered through the private link issued for that order. Anyone who receives the link may be able to use it, so keep it confidential and do not post it publicly.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us through WhatsApp. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or accounting obligations.
